1. Login To Your Blogger Blog On www.blogger.com
First of all, lunch any supported browser on your android device like Firefox or Google Chrome and browse www.blogger.com or www.blogspot.com and let it load completely. After the page loaded, click on sign in and type your blogger connected Google account if you don't have a email I'd, see below post.
2. Click On "Backup/Restore "Theme" Under Themes.

5. Click On Browse And Select Downloaded Theme.
Now, You will found a browse ( Folder ) like icon on above. You can clearly see it on the above photo. Simply click there to browse the theme and edit it. While browse, keep in mind that you must select the same file which you have downloaded otherwise, you can't be able to edit the theme.
6. Edit Your Theme And Click On Save As.
Save the changes on your theme which you want. You may editing the theme for verifying your ownership, implement codes to your blog or to show ads or any other.
Be remember and careful, while editing your theme. If you make any mistake or cut a single code also, then there may be various errors and blogger will never accept it. After editing, click on save and you can now save it in your another any folder.
7. Again Go To Themes Under Blogger.
Again, You need to go to your blogger under themes option to save the changes, you made.
If you have done any mistake, blogger will not accept it and show you a error message.
8. Again Select "Backup/Restore Theme".
Click On backup/restore theme under the theme option as I have explained above but this time you have to click on browse option. Select your edited theme which you have saved into your new folder. Browse it correctly and again I am saying if you have done any mistake, blogger will not accept it and show a error message.
9. Browse The Theme & Click On Save And All Done!
After you browsed a correct theme, its time to save it and see your first experience on editing HTML of blogger/blogspot on android. click on Upload or Save. If your theme is correct, your blog will be updated.
